Get a grip on resistance band workouts with Super Band Handles! They connect to bands up to 4mm thick and 2" (50mm) wide. Slide the band into the handle’s curved gap, designed to help contain it during your workout. The Handle slides freely for versatile exercises. Connect the Handles to GoFit Super Bands (sold separately).
